  I ordered a shirt from this store and was told there would be no shipping charges. When it didn’t fit, I returned it and was then told I had actually been charged for shipping and that now it couldn’t be refunded. The staff even acknowledged that I shouldn’t have been charged shipping in the first place, but still wouldn’t correct the issue. The manager said there was nothing she could do and the only thing she could do to process returns was “press a button.” As a result, I’m now out the shipping cost due to their mistake.

  I’m just wondering why the Nashville store doesn’t answer their phone!! I’ve been calling since they opened and it drops the call after multiple rings. It would be helpful to be able to get an answer for a specific item before heading over to the store.

  Had the best experience! It was my first time in Vuori and will be back! I am newly postpartum and Cody was extremely helpful and made me feel so confident! He helped me pick out different sets/colors, and made the experience wonderful!

  Arrived at 6:40 (store closes at 7) and the store was already closed. It was closed because they had a yoga class. Really confusing.
